Terms of Service

The Service

Turnwrk is software for short-term rental operators to run inspections, coordinate maintenance, report work to owners, and keep compliance records.

Your Account

• You are responsible for the information you give us being accurate.
• You are responsible for activity under your account, including the team members you invite.
• Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Your Data

You keep ownership of the data you and your team put into Turnwrk. You give us permission to host, process, and display it as needed to run the Service for you. You can export your compliance register at any time.

Compliance Information

The compliance tracker is a record-keeping and reminder tool. Prefilled details come from public records, which can be incomplete or out of date, so confirm them before you rely on them. You remain responsible for meeting the licensing, safety, and tax rules that apply to your properties. Turnwrk does not give legal advice.

Plans and Fees

Plans and prices are listed on our pricing page and are flat per business. Any fee for a paid plan is shown to you before you agree to pay it.

Acceptable Use

• Do not use the Service to break the law or to send messages people did not ask for.
• Do not try to access another customer’s data or interfere with the Service.
• Do not upload content you do not have the right to share.

SMS Messaging

Turnwrk SMS features are covered by our SMS Terms and Conditions. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent the law allows, we disclaim warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Updates are effective when posted on this page.
