• Operational records you or your team enter: properties, connected reservation calendars, work orders, inspection checklists, photos, receipts, and compliance records and documents.
• Public license records: for Florida properties, public license data published by the state, used to prefill the compliance register.
• Messages you send to Turnwrk by SMS, email, or chat, with metadata such as timestamps, delivery status, and message IDs.
• Basic usage and device data, such as pages visited, browser type, and IP address.

How We Use Information

• To provide and operate Turnwrk, including turning inbound messages into operational records.
• To send transactional messages: deadline reminders, dispatch updates, confirmations, and support notices.
• To monitor reliability, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot problems.
• To answer your questions and improve the product.

Guest Information

When you forward or connect guest messages, we process them on your behalf to create and track work. We use guest information only to run that workflow for you.

How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information. We only share data with service providers required to deliver Turnwrk (for example cloud hosting, telecommunications, email, and payment providers) and as required by law. SMS consent and phone numbers are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Data Retention

We retain records for operational continuity, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and security. Retention periods may vary based on applicable law and business necessity.

Your Choices

• You can export your compliance register as a CSV at any time.
• You can opt out of SMS by replying STOP, and request help by replying HELP.
• For account-level data updates, access, or deletion requests, contact us at support@turnwrk.com.
